Challenge #91

Tina Z - GD

Hi. I am Tina and I live in Slovenia, a country well known for its stunning nature. I have been married to my high school sweetheart and we have a 6 year old daughter and two younger sons (5 and 3 years old). I started cardmaking in 2010 when my husband bought me my green Cuttlebug J.  I didn't know a hobby could be so addictive … Then in April 2015 I created my blog to share my passion for cardmaking.
Both decisions, to start cardmaking and to start blogging,  are among the best in my life, it is so inspiring. I don’t have any specific style, I just love playing with papers and trying different styles and techniques, e.g. CAS, vintage, cute, watercolour …
You can find more on my blog (http://www.treebug.org/). The name incorporates my passion for environment (»tree«) and card making (»bug« is short for my green Cuttlebug)
I am so happy to be your Guest Designer. Thank you very much.

Challenge #90

Leslie GD

My name is Leslie, I'm married with two grown children and one granddaughter, and I live in north Florida. I began scrapbooking about 40 years ago, way back when scrapbooks were really bland - before all the fun papers and embellishments came about. For the last 20 years or so, my paper passion has been card making. I started out making computer-generated cards, graduated to card kits, then quickly realized that having my own stash of stuff was the way to go! The rest is history, as they say! I'm addicted to rubber stamping and also enjoy making 3-D paper projects (especially paper shoes and mini albums), have been known to alter a few tins and boxes, and enjoy beading and making jewelry occasionally when I find time. I started blogging and entering challenges a number of years ago, and loved it so much that I started the Love To Scrap Challenge Blog in early 2013. It's been an awesome journey... so awesome and so much fun that she now has a sister blog - Love To Craft Challenge Blog! Thanks so much for inviting me back to guest design for the Scrapping4fun Challenges! :)

Mary GD

Since the age of 8 I have knitted, embroidered and sewn. The amount of time spent on these bobbies reduced when I had children, but when I retired (from teaching mathematics) I began making cards for the family. This then developed into making cards requested by neighbours and I began my own blog four years ago and hence entered into the world of paper challenges!

My name is Elena and art has always been part of my life. I've always been in love with everything that art represents- imagination, freedom of soul and a way of showing who you really are. Hi,
My name is Solveig Vinghed, 46 yo and I live in Sweden together with my husband and two adult sons. I have been crafting since I was able to hold a pen and a pair of scissors and have been scrapbooking long before I even knew there was a name for it. I love trying new things and there is no end to what ever crazy things that pops in to mind. 3D, board games, decorating honey jars, bottles, mixed media you name it. 😊
At the moment I am mostly making cards and my passion is technical cards such as  pop up, swing cards etc.

Ingunn GD

My name is Ingunn. I grew upp on a farm in southern Norway. My parents, being more than a little interested in aesthetics, gave me and my siblings plenty of art supplies. The first pichture of me crafting is when I embroiderd a flower on a card for my grandmother, at the age of 4. I now live in Oslo with my husband. Except perhaps watching sci-fi films and TV-shows, making cards and boxes is my biggest hobby and do it as often as posible.

Thank you so much for having me as a GD! Ingunn

Veronica - GD

My Name is Veronica Tovar and I live in San Antonio, Tx (Stone Oak).  I keep the blog "Scrapbooking Passion":  http://vickyscrappingpassion.blogspot.com/ . Besides, I am the organizer for the San Antonio Scrapbooking  meetup group: http://www.meetup.com/SAscrapbooking/ , home for 95 San Antonio's scrapboookers and paper crafters, who want to meet and share their crafting passion. Through this meetup group, I am trying to keep my fellow scrappers informed about the Scrapbooking and paper crafting happening in San Antonio, including the local Scrapbooking stores news...
My bio as a paper crafter in general is better summarized by my blog bio:  """ I am scientist gone mad and turned to be a SAHM to my two loving kids and my hubby . Got bored, started to make my hobby of scrapbooking and paper crafting a part time job, and enrolled for a Master in Health Care Administration at the same time. Everything started by a summer job for ProvoCraft demonstrating their Cricut machines at Michaels and Best Buy. After the summer past, I got recruited by Michaels to teach their "Scrapbooking Design and You" classes and the Martha Steward paper crafting classes. Now, after teaching at Michaels for two years, I am focusing on teaching on my own and share the more than 13 different techniques thought at Michaels. I became also the organizer for the San Antonio Scrapbooking Meetup group after the original organizer left. Now I am trying to keep everything in balance and enjoy the journey.""
I have been a junior consultant for CTMH for the last 8 years. Through this company I have learned many techniques as well as many friends. Thus, you will see in my blog that most of my designs include CTMH products. I have used many other paper crafting companies products as well, but I haven't publish those designs yet. I am eager to try further companies and share my experience with them as well through my blog and meetup group.

Lena K - GD

Hi, my name is Lena.
My husband, our daughter and I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Of all the crafts there are in the world, I do only one - making CARDS.
It started about 3 years ago when I accidentally bumped into the Create and Craft TV Channel.
Fascinating!! It had never occurred to me before that, how handmade cards were actually made :)
Now, all our family and friends have to "suffer" from my creativity. :)

I'd like to thank Rachelle and the Design Team for the opportunity to Guest Design at Scrapping4funChallenges. I'm honoured.
Hugs Lena

Alpna GD

I am Alpna from Goa, India. I am a postgraduate in commerce. Did Advance Diploma in Multimedia and have around 5 years of experience in graphic designing. I left my job as God blessed us with a son. I started my career again as a crafter when my son was 4.
I have the flair for art and craft from childhood. I did my first oil painting at the age of 10. I used to spend my vacations doing paintings or experimenting some new craft. As I grew up other things engaged me more than my hobby. Then I got married and blessed with a baby boy and I fulfilled my duties as a wife and as a mother but the talent of doing things in a different way was there. One fine day my brother gave me an idea to start a business of making hand made gifts. I discussed this with my husband and he supported me a lot to start a venture of making gifts and today I'm a proud owner of "FEELINGS".
I love to make layouts, cards, albums and now I'm experimenting in mixed media.

This year I started my blog, it is so much fun!

After trying different things, today I prefer to keep my cards rather "simple". Colour and image with my Derwent pencils and not to use not too much 'fuzz' or 'tierlandtijnjes' (in Dutch) :-)
I hope you like my entry with the Krayzee Cats digi and come to visit my blog some time!

Andrea Norris - GD

Andrea here, you may know me from SheepSki Designs my blogs name. Living in Yorkshire in the UK I work full time as an accountant and personal assistant and have hobbies such as competitive badminton and dancing (Argentine tango & Ceroc). I work for four different design teams at present. I have no actual style as such but I do like quirky and unusual images and I may be known for soft pastel colours. I started my blog just over a year ago when I really got into making cards. In the past I’ve used mainly ProMarkers but have a stock of mediums to hand now - polychromos & Lyra pencils and Copics. I occasionally paint with watercolours but have recently discovered the world of mixed media – so I started an art journal and produce occasional mixed media canvases.

Lisa F - GD

My name is Lisa from A Mermaid’s Crafts. I’m a writer and I live in Indiana in the United States of America. I’ve been blogging since March of 2011 and have loved every minute of it. I enjoy experimenting with new techniques and mediums. I focus mainly on cards and love distressed edges, torn paper, crackle paste, shabby stitching, lots of flowers and ribbon. I am continually inspired by the amazing people I’ve met in blogland and the wonderful friendships I’ve made. The crafting community is filled with such generous and talented artists!

Thanks again, Rachelle!!

Deanne GD

My name is Deanne Clarke-Saunders. My hubby and I live in Paradise,
Newfoundland Canada. I was an elementary teacher for 23 years but retired
early. I am now an Early Childhood Educator (couldn’t stay away from the

ESPECIALLY crayons and pencil crayons, ever since I’ve been a small child. I
just couldn’t stop playing, so I continued by scrapbooking and card-making!
I love it!!! My hubby calls me a paper hoarder. He just MAY be right, but I’d
never tell him that!!! A man doesn’t need to know he’s right!!! haha!

Challenge #73

Tone GD

Hi
I am 47 years (48 in September) old and I live in Norway nearby the capital. I live with my cohabiting Vidar and our son Daniel who are 16 years old. I also have a stepdaughter who is 31 years old.
I have always put photos in albums, but scrapping in the way I do today started in 2004. In 2012 I start making cards and now I make card, LO, PL, tag and AJ about each other.
I do not know what style I have in card crafting, but I make rarely cards overloaded with decoration and die cut, although it also happens.
I love paper and I love to mix patterned paper and embellishment.
Inspiration I have to say that I get basically from net…both domestic and foreign.

Caroline GD

I am 52 and I make cards about 16 years. I use much tehnics but my favorite ones are scrapping and stitching. So often we can, my sister and I make them together and visites hobby fairs.

Well, I hope this is enough for my bio.

Caroline

Margaret - GD

I am 71 and live in Sydney, Australia with my husband Tony.  I have two daughters and four granddaughters.  My granddaughters and all their friends call me Granmargaret.  I was made redundant at work at the end of January 2013 so after working for 53 years I am now retired.
I started stamping and making cards in 1995 and started scrapbooking about 1999 and making ATCs in 2005.  I am still a cute stamper and make simple cards.  My favourite colours are purples and pinks. I started my blog in April 2012 with the help of cyber friends and started joining challenges to give me ideas for my cards and then was happy to be invited to join some design teams.  I have lots of rubber and clear stamps but use mostly digital stamps now as they are easier on my sore hands.
I am group Mum on some yahoo stamping groups
I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis and have eye problems so spend my days making cards, a little scrapbooking and talking to my cyber friends on the internet.  This helps take my mind off the pain.
I have made many more cyber friends since starting my blog.
My eldest daughter Lynda and I are cancer survivors and we thank God for every day and for all our friends who pray for us.

I am happy to be invited to be Guest designer for Scrapping4Fun.

Best wishes
Margaret

Now I just can't stop myself from making a mess!!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to guest design once again for Scrapping4fun Challenges! :)

Tone GD

Hi.
My name is Tone K. Jensen and I live in Norway under 20 minutes drive north of the capital Oslo. I am 47 years old live with my husband and son (15 years old). I also have a stepdaughter (30 years old).
I've always taken pictures and put them in albums, but  I have been scrapping since 2004. The last two or three years I have also started making cards and I have relatively recently start with PL pages. I guess I am one of few that scrap everything and chronologically. But I love it, although I have only come to 2007 J (With PL everything goes much faster though).
Scrapping is my way to retrieve energy and relax.
I do not know if I have any special style and if I have I do not quite know what category it falls under. I'm very fond of using stencil and mist and make LO with layers.
Otherwise I use far too much time surfing around in the blogworld, but that's where I get inspiration.

Hi!  My name is Bonnie, and I live in sunny Arizona.  I am married to a wonderful man,  and have 3 amazing kids, and 3 fur babies. Our home is always very busy, and lots of fun!  I work from home, and spend much of my free time cooking, baking and crafting.  I also love football!  The Philadelphia Eagles are my team, but I am a huge fan of the sport - both real and fantasy.  I've been a scrapbooker for a long time, and started making cards and working with digi stamps and Copics about 2 years ago.  It's quickly become a huge passion of mine.  I love being part of Design Teams, where I am able to share my work, and find loads of inspiration from the talented ladies that share this hobby of mine.

I have been crafting since 1991.  I started out learning 3d decoupage and made mainly pictures. There was no diecutting in those days so I used to cut out each layer with a craft knife, one picture took me 22 hours!  I played around a bit with Rubber stamping and colouring but found that the lack of tools available back then hindered a good result.  A few years ago I discovered die cuts and chalk.  Then I met a lovely lady who introduced me to Promarkers and the wonderful world of Digi Stamps and encouraged me to have another go at colouring.   I have never looked back.  I love colouring both digi and rubber stamps and experimenting with colours.  I would like to Thank Rachelle and the Team at Scrapping4funChallenges for letting me join them for this challenge.

Hello everyone! First of all....
a Happy New Year to you all! I wish you all a Happy, Healthy and creative 2016!
I am Gina, 46, a Flemish girl from Belgium and happily together with husband for over 26 years.
The virus of card making got to me end 2013, and yes....it only became corse :-)
November 2014, I started my blog: http://freubel69.blogspot.be
First I was addicted to everything called "Marianne Design", then I went through a CAS-phase and a couple of months ago I came to know "the Besties".
Creative regards, Gina

I'm addicted to rubber stamping and also enjoy making 3-D paper projects, especially paper shoes and mini albums, and have been known to alter a few tins and boxes. Thanks to my sister, I also started beading and making jewelry about a year or so ago. A huge thanks to Rachelle for having me on board for another challenge! ;)

I have been creating for many years now, always in search for new techniques
and yet unexplored territory in craftland.
My big passions are colours and structure. I'm a big Mixed Media Style fan
and love the things that are old and nobody wants anymore, because they have
a history! With scrapbooking I have
found one of "my" favourite genre - as it combines words and pictures,
thoughts and feelings, application of various innovative techniques and the
idea of telling stories . But I also like to
invent always new and so I will also often be good for a surprise!

Thank you very much for inviting me!

Mary GD

Since the age of 8 I have knitted, embroidered and sewn. The amount of time spent on these hobbies reduced when I had children, but 5 years ago I retired (from teaching mathematics) and began making cards for the family. This then developed into making cards requested by neighbours and two years ago I began my own blog and hence entered into the world of paper challenges! I am now a full time carer for my husband and find that card making helps me to remain sane!!
Thanks Mary

For the last 20 years or so, my paper passion has been card making. Marsha GD

My name is Marsha and I live in Washington State with my husband of 47 years.  Making cards is a passion of mine.  For the past 5 years I have been making and sending cards to our deployed troops.  I also love making and sending cards to my six children, their spouses, and our 12 grandchildren.  Now that I am retired from raising and home schooling our six children, and retired from owning our own business, I have much more time for crafts.  When I am not making cards, I am taking care of grandchildren, gardening, crocheting, or reading.

A big thank you to Scrappping4fun for allowing me to be a guest designer.  I would love to have you visit my blog,

Samra GD

Hello, my name is Samra Leshinski and I live in Las Vegas, NV USA with my loving husband Don, son Tarik, and variety of pets.  I work full time and card making is my pastime addiction. I ventured into actual blogging and participating in challenges since April of 2014.
If I had to pick my favorite style that would definitely be Shabby Chic, but I try to have variety in my work. I also base my creation on a person that will be receiving my card; what are their interests, style and favorite colors. It makes me so happy to see big smile on someone’s face when they receive my handmade card. I make my own flowers for card embellishing, from daisies to roses and am still learning a lot about all the different ways to create textures and details on a project.
I know that my card making is not going to change the world, but spreading a little joy here and there is one small step that I can make.

My name is Willeke Stribos and I am born and raised in a town in the south of the Netherlands. I’m a housewife and mother of 2 adult sons, also grandmother of a beautiful grandson (born june 2013)
I’ve allways been a creative mind. When I was about 9 years old I started making clothes for my Barbie-doll on my mum’s sewingmachine and also by knitting and crochet. When I was about 13 years old I added making jewelry for myself and my friends at school to my hobby’s.
When I married I got addicted to home decorating especially in the shabby chic style.
Now since a few years I’ve been totally addicted to cardmaking and I also make scrapbooks. It all started when I was shopping with a friend and discovered the big shot, and the things you could do with it, in a store …. Ohhh love at first sight :-) Just one day later I bought it and started building my collection of dies … a few months later I added stamping and coloring to my addiction …. I just can’t imagine a life without crafting !

Once when i was just a kid, I had a wonderful idea for a craft project, I pushed the living room curtains to one end so they were folded up like an accordion, then I got out the scissors and cut myself out the most fabulous paper doll chain. Oh boy, did I ever get in trouble, but I had so much fun! Not much has changed since then. I still have fun making crafts out of anything I can get my hands on, I just don't get in trouble any more! lol Whenever possible, I try and make every aspect of my project by hand. I prefer to make my own backgrounds and flowers, I dye my own ribbons, make my own texture pastes and crackle paint, I even make some of my embellishments out of clay. Lisa

I am from New York, but have called Florida home for the last 17 winters.

My passion for card-making and paper-crafting began about 11 years ago when a friend introduced me to stamping.  I ventured into scrapbooking and realized I prefer hand-made mini albums to 12x12s.  I also enjoy creating 3D projects.

It took me until 2008 to start my blog:  CraftingwithPrincessLisa.blogspot.com.

I am currently a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and serve on three Design Teams.

When I’m not stamping or paper crafting, I enjoy reading, baking, and crossword puzzles.

Hi, I'm Traci.
I have been crafting for many years where I enjoyed cross stitching and knitting.  However, I was only introcued to card making 3 years ago and was instantly drawn in.  This is definitely my addiction.  I adore colouring to the point of obsession!  The cards I make I donate to various animal charities.  My aim for the future is to be part of a design team.

Hi,
My name is Marie-Louise Petterson and I live together with my family in Sweden.
I am married and have two children in their late teens. We have also a cute Jack Russel terrier.
I have always been interested in drawing and painting, which later led me to scrapbooking.
The best thing about scraping is that there are no limits, to what you can create.
No challenge is to big to perform, when it comes to scrap.
I like to recycle stuff, which can be altered to something new. I also make a lot of cards, boxes and baskets.

Thanks!

Hello I am Elena F, I´m 40 (wow), I´m married to a husband who is very understanding and we live in the Basque Country. I am a mother of 3 children between 9 years and 4 months.  I work full time in the only newspaper that is published entirely in Euskera (our oldest than Latin official language). That means I do not have much free time but the little spare time I have I used in making crafts, especially scrap but I also sew, knit and crochet....when I can.....
I found the the name SCRAP  arround  two years ago but since I can remember I have always done crafts of all kinds. Just over a year and half ago I decided to open a blog dedicated entirely especially to the paper´s crafts I made and you can find my work at: http://esku-lanak.blogspot.com.es/ (SCRAP-lanak GANBARAN; that means scrap works in my storage room).
I've been very lucky and am currently on the design teams of Copic Spain and sadly I left a few because I don´t have time at this moment. I have participated in some GDT spots and I have been invited to be on the Scrapping4fun as a Guest Designer. I hope my Crafts inspired you. Thanks to all the readers / followers. A big hug Elena F.

Hanny GD

Hello Everybody,

My name is Hanny, I live in the Netherlands with my husband and together we have 3 mature daughters, already living on their own with a partner. I always loved to be creative, when I was little I made furniture of match boxes for my Barbie dolls, clothes and other things.
Later, when our girls were born I made their clothes en enjoyed doing this, my favorite color is pink so I was lucky with 3 girls. Later on I was creative with knitting, chrochet, to batik, lace making making cards. Since a few years I like to scrap, for me it is relaxing whenever I have time, I just enjoy doing this and it makes me happy to use pink, lace and much details on my card as you can see on this Tag I’ve made.
When Rachelle asked me to be a gastdesigner I said “yes” and since the challenge is Bows and Buttons I made this Tag to show you. Hope you enjoy it and would love to here your comment. You can also find more of my creations on:http://tierelantijntjes.blogspot.nl

Hi Everyone!
My name is Lisa.  I have been happily married for 7 years and have 3 young Children, 2 Sons age 6 years and 2 years and a Daughter age 4 years.  I have been crafting for over 20 years and am addicted to Card Making although I have been recently having a go at making Silver Wine Charms!  My roots are 3d Decoupage.  I started making 3d Decoupage Pictures then I changed into 3d Decoupage Cards. I then changed again and made Card Toppers using Die Cuts. I even designed a few of my own!  I did try Rubber Stamping “back then” but I didn’t find I could colour very well as the products were limited, and swiftly gave up.  I have only been back into stamping (both Rubber and Digi’s) for about 2 years after meeting a fellow crafter online who introduced me to the world of Digi’s and Promarkers!  I am hooked now and can think of no better way to unwind than colouring and card making.
I am so thrilled to be here as a GD. Thank you so much to Rachelle and Scrapping4fun for having me for this fabulous Challenge.

Hello Everyone! I'm Pamellia Johnson and I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with my wonderful husband and our two little girls, Scully (a teacup Maltese) and Pebbles (a teacup black Pomeranian).

I have been crafting in some form or another ever since I was a little kid, thanks to my very creative and talented Mom. I've dabbled in all sorts of crafts, but I think what I enjoy making the most is handmade cards, and I really love doing shabby chic projects with tons of lace, pearls and flowers!

Whenever possible, I try and make every aspect of my projects by hand. I prefer to make my own backgrounds and flowers, I dye my own ribbons, I even make some of my embellishments out of clay. I find such a sense of accomplishment in knowing that I made it myself.

Thank you so much to the Scrapping4fun team for inviting me to spend the day with them. I am thrilled and honoured to be here with such a talented group of artists.

I started blogging in January 2014. My blogspot Janinustvarjalnivrt.blogspot.com (Janin ustvarjalni vrt – Janes Creative Garden) is my virtual happy place to share some paper projects. This is my hobby and I playing with paper, dies, inks, stamps and other embbellies.  On the creative challenges I got some awards or I was TOP 3.

Thank you Rachelle and the Design Team for the invitation! I am so happy to be guest designer here at Scrapping 4 Fun and for this wonderful challenge.
With love, Jana

My name is Leslie, I'm married with two grown children and one granddaughter, and I live in north Florida. I began scrapbooking about 40 years ago, way back when scrapbooks were really bland - before all the fun papers and embellishments came about. For the last 20 years or so, my paper passion has been card making. I started out making computer-generated cards, graduated to card kits, then quickly realized that having my own stash of stuff was the way to go! The rest is history, as they say! I'm addicted to rubber stamping and also enjoy making 3-D paper projects, especially paper shoes and mini albums, and have been known to alter a few tins and boxes. Thanks to my sister, I also started beading and making jewelry about a year or so ago. A huge thanks to Rachelle and the Scrapping4funChallenges Team.

I live in the state of Georgia in the good ole' south where they call us all Georgia Peaches! LOL I am the wife to a wonderful man, Kevin, who is from Australia. He is very tolerant of my crafting!! I am a mother of three, Taylor (20), Michael (15) and Bailey (13). We have  two dogs, T-Bone and Brisket and two cats Highlight and White-Out. Do you see our theme? LOL The dogs are named after cuts of beef LOL and the cats are office supplies LOL!!! I know.. we are very goofy!! I have been crafting since the dawn of ages. Okay.. maybe that is a little bit of an exaggeration, but I first found a small scrapbooking store right after I had Taylor.. so that is 20 years ago!!! During a bad marriage my crafting fell off. When Kevin and I got together I pulled all of the crafting supplies out of the garage to see if I could have a go at it again. Wow!!  I missed it so much. But then I found blogs!! And cards!!! And challenges!!! LOL  A whole new world opened up for me!!  I couldn't believe it all existed and I didn't know anything about it.  I have met so many wonderful people in the crafting community and I am always looking forward to meeting new crafters!!

Challenge #21

Alicia

I'm a mother of 2 small precious people & a part-time worker. I started scrapbooking in 2005. I moved onto digital scrapbooking when my daughter was born in 2007 (& still do!) as it was easier, quicker & both grandparents wanted scrap pages too so it was easier to do one page digitally & email it to everyone. I needed to use my copious amounts of paper up so I started playing at card making. I had always admired all those beautiful coloured images (Magnolia, La La Land, CC Designs etc) so I bought a few stamps & used my pencils to start with. Pencils just didn't have the wow factor I was after so I decided to pick up my first Copic in 2011 after visiting a craft fair & self taught. My sister-in-law introduced me to the world of online card making challenges late last year, so I started my blog in October 2013 & have not looked back!

Faith

I named my blog, The Crafting Professor (http://thecraftingprofessor.blogspot.com), since I'm a crafter, and I'm a college professor. I went through many, many years of graduate school, and the best source of relaxation and stress relief was being in my craft room or going to a local crop. Back then, I never told anyone that I was a full-time graduate student. I was waiting for the day I would scrapbook my graduation page. Now, I run the ScrapbookerPhD challenge blog (http://scrapbookerphd.blogspot.com), and am bringing my passion for crafting and teaching together. But here, at The Crafting Professor, I'm just sharing my work with like-minded crafters from all over the world.

Fit Kitty

KT Fit Kitty
Hi, I’m Kitty and I’m so happy to be a Guest Designer at Scrapping 4 Fun.  I live in Nova Scotia, Canada, and I'm in my late 40s.  I began making cards about 8 years ago. Back then, I used to create mostly CAS cards, but now I enjoy adding lots of details and embellishments. My card-making style would be considered “cute” and my favourite subject is cats, mainly due to my two beautiful kitties, Honeydew and Kiwi. I started my blog in June 2013, after being invited to join a design team. In case you’re wondering how I chose my blog name, KT are my initials, Kitty is a nickname, and Fit Kitty is my user name on a fitness web site I used to frequent.  Since I was already set up with the name Fit Kitty on Google and Gmail, I decided to stick with it. It would make me so happy if you would stop by my blog for a visit:  http://ktdesigns2013.blogspot.ca/ .  Thank you, Rachelle, for inviting me to be your Guest Designer!  Wishing you and your followers a joyful day!  I made my first pop-up box card!

Nikki

“Hi, my name is Nikki Stalker and I live is Sydney, Australia. I’ve been married for almost 19 years and have 4 beautiful daughters ranging in age from 18yrs down to 12yrs. I have always dabbled in some form of crafts since I was very young but for the last 12 years or so it’s mainly been in stamping and paper craft. I love colouring with my Copic Markers but also love making 3D items.”

Elizabeth

I have been making cards and paper crafts for over 14 years. During the day I teach AP Government and Politics to high school students but often I cannot wait to get home to start creating. I love paper most of all and cannot resist a pretty pad of new papers. My puppy is a Bichon and she loves to rip apart any stray papers I might leave about. And, last but not least, I am fortunate to have a husband that helps support my fun hobby.

Shuly

Hello !
My name is Shuly, I’m a married mum of 4 living in South East France.
I love making cards with lots of layers and embellies! When I grow up I’d love to be an expert Magnolia card maker ^^ but I still have to practice… I have learnt a lot from tutorials I found on the internet and from crafters from all over the world who kindly answered my questions as to coloring or material. Thank you all for that. I’d also like to thank Rachelle for offering me the immense privilege to be Scrapping4fun challenges guest designer this time!!
I am so happy to be with you for this wonderful challenge!
Big hugs,
Shuly

Mi Ran

Hello. My name is Mi Ran.  I live in London, Ontario, Canada with my husband.
My main love is digital stamps and I love to bring these wonderful images to life with my cards.
I have been paper crafting since Marh, 2014. I am totally hooked and enjoying every moment I spend creating.
I'm very excited to be joining Scrapping 4 Fun Challenge as guest deisgner.

Kate

I am a creative mother of two and grandmother of four wonderful kids.
I like to create with the grandchildren so they learn to play without toys.
Have always drew, painted and stitched.
I started with scrapbooking  2½ year ago, because I needed something to.
Been sick since 2008 so this is like therapy for me.
Really love to create new folding and put a lot of time on the details,
because it is important that the card stays together.
Like to reuse old things. Maybe a chair gets a new style or a few plates becomes a cookie dish.
So create cards and paintings fit me. Lives in Sweden, Karlstad

Take care and thanks for having me as a GDT

I’m on three  design teams, Inkspirational and Pinspirational Challenges and Make My Monday.  At the moment, as well as making lots of cards, I am making mini-books and a clock . I have also set myself the challenge of making a Christmas card a week, and posting it on my blog.

Challenge #17

Diana

I am married to Jon and we will be celebrating 40 years this August.  We
were blessed with one son and two daughters and they are the center of our
lives.  They blessed us with three more children when they took spouses.
Then they have blessed us with 11 of the most wonderful grand children
anyone could ask for!
I have always been interested and busy in the craft world since I was a
child.  My mother was very talented and she spent hours teaching me
different crafts and sewing.  I started scrapbooking when I had a two
grand children because I wanted to make them each a scrapbook from
"gramma's perspective".  Little did I know I would add three more grands
the following year and within another 4 years I had 6 more.  Needless to
say I will never complete these 11 albums!  lol  About 3 years ago a good
friend introduced me to the stamping/cardmaking world.  Since then I have
set the scrapbooks aside and mainly make cards.  A couple months ago, I
ventured into making mini albums out of chipboard and now seem to be
preoccupied with these creations and have to squeeze card making in.  I am
not sure where paper crafting is going to take me, but I know it has been
a wonderful adventure so far that fills all my spare time.

I will send you a link to the castle once I get it posted on my blog.
Thank you for taking an interest in it.  I on it!  If you would like to use
it as a guest designer again and if it would fit the currant challenge you
are having at the time, I can email you when I am done and not post on my
blog until said challenge.  What ever you want.  Thank again for your
support and for the opportunity have being a gd for challenge 17.

Have a very blessed day and hugs,

Lisa F

I have been seriously crafting for over thirteen years, having been inspired by the crafting shows on television. I dabbled in several mediums, with my favorite being polymer clay. Once I discovered die cutting, my crafting focus completely changed. I love making cards (I have a serious paper addiction), layouts and home décor projects for family and friends. I started blogging in March of 2011 and have loved every minute of it. My style is always changing and I love trying new products and techniques.

I have a wonderful husband who has the same passion for wood turning as I do for card making. I have a fabulous daughter, Stephanie, a veterinarian technician and mom to 2 beagles and 3 cats who are often my "models" when I colour a cat or dog for a card, I'd love if you'd visit my blog athttp://www.laceylassy.blogspot.com. Eret

Hi, my name is Eret. I live in Estonia. I have always loved to make cards. The real fun began when I installed PhotoShop on my computer. I loved designing my cards digitally. The easiest way to jazz cards up was with glitter. Glitter has been in my stash for very long time. I absolutely love sparkle. Soon I tried decoupage and different card folds. It was even more fun. Finally I bought my first stamp set. I’m ashamed to admit that I thought it was waste of money, and went back to playing with my PhotoShop and glitter pots. All that changed in 2011 when I discovered card makers communities on-line. Suddenly, I was enlightened! All the wonderful cards you can make with stamps, inks, die cuts and embossing powders! Probably I will never create a card without my computer because even if there isn’t any digital element on my card, I’ll use PhotoShop to pre-plan the card design. And because we don't have any sentiment stamps in Estonian I have to make my own in computer.
I’m honored to be a guest designer for Scrapping 4 Fun Challenges.

----
I made a Magic card with Sparkle N Sprinkle darling Rocco with Roses by Beccy Muir. I hope you and your team like it.
Thank you again for a chance to by your guest designer. I'm so excited.

Vicki

My name is Vicki. I am a 62 year old mom to two daughters and a son and grandma to six boys.
I live in northern Michigan and have worked at a toy store since 2000. I started scrapping in January 2009 as a way to enhance my genealogical research and quickly got hooked. I mostly scrap 12x12 transitional layouts and have added Project Life this year - using it as a pictorial diary when there are things I want remembered but don't know if I get a regular layout done on that subject. My one little word for 2014 is improve so I am trying to improve my scrapbooks by using all the goodies I've acquired and all the techniques I have learned.

Challenge #11

Here are our Guest Designers for Challenge #11

Kimberly Clark

So... a bit about my self - well my name is Kimberly Clark - yes just like the toilet paper company!!! When I was born my mom actually wrote the company to see if we could get a discount. I guess it was the beginning of my sale and freebie obsession! I am a mother of a 21yo old daughter, whom I have completely raised on my own, and I must say didn't do to bad ~lol. She is great only a little bit of attitude and saucyness... but I think that all children have that in them. Six years ago I moved to Hamilton Ontario (city of waterfalls) to purchase my own home. I love to scrapbook, read and according to my daughter I am a work-a-holic. I love my job... Not everyone can say that.
I consider myself still new to the scrapping world and learning daily. I haven't completely found my style but I tend to lean towards the cutesy and a clean and simple style. The other thing you will find out about me when scrapbooking I don't go in order .... so you will watch my daughter grow up over and over again... lol.
What inspires me... a picture, a paper, a sketch... just about everything. I even grab ads in the paper that catch my eye and post them all over my scrap-room.

Kripa Koushik

Thank you Rachelle for the opportunity to design for scrapping4fun. I only started paper crafting a few months ago and this is my first guest design opp, so I'm quite thrilled.

Currently on maternity leave; mom to a 4 month baby boy and a very active toddler who is soon going to be 3, most of my crafting happens after midnight when both kids are asleep. My roots are Indian ( from Namma Bengaluru) but I now live in Sydney with my family.
I've always loved all things handmade and have tried my hand at quilling, glass painting, pottery and much more. My first tete-a-tete with paper crafting was in 2011 but it was only in mid 2013 that I seriously started scrapbooking - to preserve memories of the sweet little moments with my son who is growing up so fast! I scrap mainly 12x12 layouts but also make mini albums and cards. I love using paints, inks and combining different media in most of my projects.
It would make me very happy if you visit my blog and leave me some love:

Bio:

Hello!! I'm a former kindergarten teacher who is now a stay at home mom to my 2 little girls. I have always enjoyed paper crafting and started this hobby by making little treat boxes and party favors. I have recently discovered a new love of coloring with Copic markers. I would color all day long if my family would let me...!!:):)
My favorite colors are the blue greens (affectionately called the BG's) and I try to sneak them into every card I make!!
I love to get crafty with my girls (ages (8 & 6) and let them color images right along side me.
It's a fun hobby for us all to share!!
Thank you for having me as a guest designer. :))

Bio:

Hola! My name is Issys and live in the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico, where is sunny and summery all year long!  I started scrapbooking after being diagnosed with Kidney Cancer (I am a survivor of 5 years) and had to find a hobby that wouldn't hurt me while recuperating from surgery. I am married to the most handsome and supportive husband ever, and we have a gorgeous 3-year old rescue dog named Casper.  I mostly scrap about my niece and nephew, Casper and holidays.  Just recently I discovered online challenges, and I love them!  Thanks for the opportunity to be your Guest Designer.
